This is a full-time, permanent position that includes a TLR2B allowance, reflecting the added responsibility of leading the Key Stage 3 Maths provision. • Collaborate with the Head of Department and SLT on strategic priorities

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4
• A track record of improving outcomes for students
• Leadership potential or previous responsibility experience
• Excellent subject knowledge and curriculum understanding
• Strong organisational, communication, and team-working skills
