Experience: Previous teaching experience is essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that foster a love of mathematics and enhance student achievement.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning experience for all students.
• Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and participate in departmental meetings and school events.
