Job summary

Ernesford Grange Community Academy in Coventry is seeking an innovative and committed Teacher of Maths to join our team. The successful candidate will carry out the duties of a subject teacher, challenge and support all our students to reach their best, and contribute to the academy ethos.

You'll have Qualified Teacher Status, experience across KS3/KS4 (and KS5 where applicable), and a strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience delivering Maths across KS3/KS4 (and KS5 where applicable).
• Strong understanding of curriculum design and assessment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality maths teaching and learning to all students.
• Support learners to achieve potential in line with the academy ethos.
• Plan, assess and track progress in line with the curriculum and exams.
• Contribute to tutoring and pastoral responsibilities as required.

• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning to ensure all learners progress and achieve to a high standard in preparation for examinations
