Job summary

Ernesford Grange Community Academy in Coventry is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Maths to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The post involves teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 potential, and a focus on student progress and examination readiness.

The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent) with relevant specialist qualifications and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant specialist qualifications and experience.
• Experience teaching across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5, where applicable).
• Excellent organisational skills.
• A good understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements for Maths.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the duties of a subject teacher as set out in the Teacher's Pay & Conditions Document.
• Be an effective teacher and tutor who challenges and supports all students to achieve their potential.
• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to ensure progress and examinations readiness.

Education

Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification
