Key Responsibilities

1. Planning and preparing courses and lessons.
2. Teaching students according to their educational needs, including setting and marking work both in school and externally.
3. Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupils’ development, progress, and attainment in line with school policy.
4. Setting short-term learning targets with pupils and, where possible, with parents, considering prior attainment.
