Ipswich High School are looking to appoint an outstanding, passionate and dynamic classroom practitioner as Teacher of Mathematics (maternity cover), working on a 0.6 Fte basis.

The successful applicants will join a department which enjoys an outstanding reputation, helping pupils to achieve excellent GCSE and A-level results year-on-year. Mathematics is also regularly amongst the most popular subject choices at A-Level. We are seeking to appoint individuals who are excited by the opportunity to join this thriving department.

Due to the considerable experience and expertise within the department, the primary qualities sought are the ability to inspire and support pupils to enjoy and make excellent progress in Mathematics. Prior experience of successfully teaching Mathematics and/or Further Mathematics at A-Level is desirable but not essential.
