Job summary

Ansford Academy in Castle Cary, Somerset, is seeking a passionate Teacher of French to join our warm MFL team. The post is 0.8 FTE on the Main Scale / Upper Scale and starts ASAP.

We serve around 480 students in an 11–16 comprehensive setting and offer collaborative, high-quality teaching with strong professional development, including mentoring for Early Career Teachers. Closing date is 16 November 2026. We welcome informal visits to experience our school firsthand.

Qualifications
