About The Role

As our new Teacher of English, you will:

  1. Design & deliver inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3-5 that spark a love of language and literature;
  2. Guide exam preparation through engaging revision sessions, formative assessments, and constructive feedback;
  3. Track and celebrate progress, tailoring strategies to help every student flourish;
  4. Collaborate across the department, co-creating schemes of work, sharing resources, and championing best practice;
  5. Support students' personal growth as a tutor, fostering well-being, confidence, and a sense of belonging.

  • A strong knowledge of the National Curriculum with the ability to teach up to A-Level;
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and ICT skills;
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to continuous professional development;
