Job summary

Caludon Castle School in Coventry, part of Castle Phoenix Trust, is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of English to join our English Faculty. The post is permanent and full time, starting January 2027.

You will lead by example, drive GCSE outcomes, and contribute to a collaborative learning culture across the Trust. We value passionate educators who mentor others, deliver engaging lessons, and foster high standards for all learners while embracing safeguarding and professional development
