We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Engineering Teacher to join a dedicated team in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of engineers by delivering engaging lessons in Resistant Materials and Engineering Design across Key Stage 3 and 4.
Develop and deliver high-quality lessons that ignite curiosity and foster a passion for engineering.
Plan and implement effective learning experiences tailored to students' needs.
Assess students' work systematically and use the results to inform future planning and teaching.
Set high expectations to deepen students' knowledge and understanding, maximizing their achievement.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Design and Technology department.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Ability to teach GCSE Resistant Materials and Engineering Design.
A 'can-do' attitude and a strong work ethic.
A degree in a relevant subject area is advantageous.
