Job summary

Haberdashers' Abraham Darby is seeking an inspirational Computing teacher to join the team in January 2027. The role covers Computer Science and Creative iMedia with KS4 teaching experience or potential, and offers full-time employment in a dynamic academy.

The successful candidate will motivate students, foster creativity, and work closely with staff, parents and ITT providers to raise achievement and take the department to the next level.

Qualifications

• Ability to teach Computer Science and Creative iMedia to all ability levels across the age range, with KS4 experience or potential.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to deliver stimulating, innovative lessons.
• Willingness to engage with ITT providers and support teacher development.

We have an excellent opportunity for an inspirational,enthusiastic and committed teacher of Computing to join the existing team in January2027 who has the ability to teach both Computer Science and Creative iMedia. Theaptitude to demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and to consistently teachstimulating and innovative lessons is essential. This is a full-time post and is suitable forboth experienced teachers and ECTs.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivatedwho wants to make a difference to the education of our students and whohas the drive and enthusiasm to provide a high quality and challenging learningexperience for our students, whilst also ensuring a supportive and encouragingenvironment.
