Job summary

Principal Recruitment is seeking a passionate and committed Computing Teacher to join a supportive secondary school from 2 October 2026 through to the end of the academic year.

You will deliver engaging Computing lessons across KS3 and KS4, plan and assess student work, and help students develop confidence in the subject. This is a long-term role for an experienced teacher or an ECT with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• QTS or relevant teaching experience.
• Strong subject knowledge of Computing/CS.
• Experience teaching Computing at secondary level.
• Ability to deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed Computing Teacher to join their team from 2nd October 2026 through to the end of the academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Computing Teacher or an enthusiastic ECT looking for a long-term position within a supportive secondary school.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured Computing lessons, helping students develop their knowledge and confidence across the curriculum.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
