The current Biology Head of Department has helped the Biology Department grow significantly. The team includes young, experienced, and Teach First Teachers, as well as Biology graduate Teaching Assistants who support attainment across KS3, 4 & 5.

This Secondary School has achieved excellent Progress 8 results across KS3, 4 & 5 and fosters a fun and creative learning environment.

Experienced Biology Teachers can take on TLR roles such as KS3 & KS4 Coordinator and Pastoral Responsibilities.

Newly Qualified Biology Teachers (ECTs) will be enrolled onto the school's bespoke ECT induction program and will work alongside a range of experienced Biology Teachers.

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining it
• Strong academic record: Degree, A Levels, GCSEs
• Meet the 8 Teaching Standards at a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' level
• Ability to work as part of a large team of Biology Teachers
• Willing to listen to feedback
