Job summary

Monton Green Primary School is seeking an experienced Year 1 class teacher for a fixed-term maternity cover commencing October 2026. The post requires delivering high-quality KS1 teaching within a supportive team, with a focus on progress and safeguarding.

The successful candidate will have KS1 experience, strong classroom management, and a solid grasp of the National Curriculum and learners' needs, along with a commitment to teamwork and school values.

The Governors of Monton Green Primary School wish to appoint an excellent classroom teacher to join our successful and popular school. This post is to cover a maternity leave.
