Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a committed, compassionate and creative Teacher who can inspire young people who may not have thrived in mainstream settings.

You will engage and motivate learners, support their emotional and academic development, and contribute to an inclusive environment. We offer funded qualifications, in-house training and support toward QTS/QTLS alongside safeguarding and British Values commitment.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Support students’ emotional and academic development.
  • Experience working in a school environment (secondary experience advantageous).
  • Understanding of alternative provision and SEN.
  • Excellent communication and professional conduct.
  • Good working knowledge of English, Maths, or Science (Grade C/4 or above).
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding and British Values.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
