Job summary

Qualifications
- The successful postholder will be a qualified teacher with a minimum of three years post NQT/ECT experience.
- It is vital that applicants have been a school based ECT mentor and have delivered training to teachers in their current or previous roles.
- Other coaching and mentoring experience would also be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and provide regular and robust training and development opportunities for ITTs and ECTs so that they can complete their training and induction successfully and become competent and confident teachers.
- Lead teacher development initiatives and mentor ECTs within the school.
- Support safeguarding and high-quality teaching practice across sites.
