Shorefields is looking for passionate and committed Teachers to join our expanding team in Chelmsford, Essex. The role entails delivering high-quality teaching to primary and/or secondary-aged students, with a focus on engagement and personal development.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Start Date: January 2027 -although an earlier start date may be available by mutual agreement.
Whilst these positions are planned to commence in January 2027, we recognise that talented teachers do not always become available at the same time. We would therefore be happy to discuss an earlier start date with suitable candidates where appropriate.

The successful candidates will deliver high-quality teaching and learning to primary and/or secondary-aged students, supporting engagement, progress, and personal development. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to trauma-informed and relational practice, recognising the impact that adverse experiences can have on learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing. They will be skilled in adapting teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND and SEMH needs.
