Job summary

Academics Ltd is seeking Primary School Teachers to support schools on the Isle of Sheppey and surrounding areas. We have day-to-day supply, short-term, long-term and temporary roles, offering flexibility and opportunities for commitment.

Ideal candidates hold QTS, can work across Early Years, KS1 and KS2, with strong classroom management and safeguarding awareness. DBS is required or willingness to apply; driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred for travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Qualified teachers holding QTS.
• Confidence and flexibility to work across Early Years, KS1 and KS2.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable.
• Awareness of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to child safety.
• Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic individuals who can build relationships with pupils and staff.
• Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to apply for a new one.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day supply teaching across primary year groups.
• Cover short-term and long-term teaching placements as required.
• Take on temporary and ongoing opportunities with flexibility.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare.

What We're Looking For
