Job Overview

Are you a hardworking and flexible teacher with enthusiasm for delivering inspirational and aspirational lessons designed to engage and captivate pupils with complex Autism and communication difficulties?

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience and skills of working with students with complex Autism and communication difficulties across at least 2 Key Stages.
  • Experience of working in a primary setting.
  • Ability to teach all subjects at a primary level.
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of a diverse range of pupils.
  • Good knowledge of Autism and willingness to learn more.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, and capable of motivating students.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain perspective.
  • High expectations and commitment to raising standards.
  • Drive, ambition, and openness to personal development.
  • Excellent team player and collaborator.
  • Ability to work well with other adults in a complex environment.
  • Flexible attitude with an “I can do” approach.
  • Energetic and positive presence in the school.

  • Good communication skills with pupils, parents, and families.
