Job summary

Polaris Education - Integrated Services Programme (ISP) School in Battle, East Sussex, is seeking an inspirational qualified teacher to join our team. You will deliver lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4, with a focus on Science and Maths, supporting children with SEMH, ASC, and diverse learning needs.

You will plan, assess, and adapt teaching to individual learners, uphold our positive behaviour policy, and collaborate with specialists.

Qualifications

• QTS required.
• Experience with SEMH and ASC needs.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum in Science and/or Maths.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• A reflective practitioner who understands therapeutic approaches to education.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
• Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.

Position: Teacher

Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only

Salary: £28,000 - £39,520

Contract Term: Permanent

Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Location: Battle, East Sussex

Your Role

We are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children. If you have experience working across Key Stages 3 and 4, particularly in Science and Maths, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
