Job summary

Bird & Blend Tea Co. is seeking a Production Team Member for fixed-term, full-time work at The Nest in Goring-by-Sea. You will weigh tea and matcha, run machinery, assemble packaging and assist with the Sticky Chai blending process, with full training provided.

Expect a hands-on role with 40 hours per week and annualised schedule. The position starts 1 November 2026 and ends 31 December 2026, with shifts from 7:00 to 15:30 and a rate of £13.45 per hour.

Qualifications

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Comfort with heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
Willingness to learn and follow food safety/hygiene procedures.

Responsibilities

Create tea, matcha and sticky chai products to a high standard.
Help meet department KPIs as part of a team.
Assistance with daily setup, transitions and end-of-day clean-downs.
Understand Health & Safety and Food Hygiene basics (full training provided).
Collaborate on tasks on individual or group production lines with a strong team focus.
Support warehouse and online fulfilment when needed.
