Job summary

Bird & Blend Tea Co. is seeking a Production Team Member at The Nest, Woods Way, Goring-by-Sea. The role is fixed-term, full-time (40 hours/week) with an hourly rate of £13.45.

Start date 1 November 2026 and end date 31 December 2026. Training will be provided and duties include weighing tea, operating machinery, packaging and blending processes. Expect a physically demanding role requiring accuracy, teamwork and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Heavy lifting, repetitive work and standing for long periods are required.
• Full training will be provided for this role.
• Shift pattern is 7am-3:30pm, up to 40 hours per week, 5 days per week (Sunday-Friday).

Responsibilities

• Create our range of tea, matcha and sticky chai products to a high standard.
• Help ensure department KPIs are met as part of a team.
• Drink TEA-licious cuppas.
• Assist with daily setup, transitions and end-of-day clean-downs to maintain high standards of food hygiene.
• General understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene (training provided).
• Be a logical thinker, practically minded, and a true team player.
• Heavy lifting and standing are expected; may support warehouse and online fulfilment teams.
