Job summary

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a TB Nurse to join the TB Nursing Team on a 6-month secondment. You will work across hospital and community settings, delivering patient-centred TB care and supporting outreach clinics.

The role requires strong IT skills, ability to manage a caseload and participate in ongoing audit and service improvement, with travel across the NCA footprint as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with current NMC registration and TB/respiratory care interest.
• Experience in care management and delivering patient-centred care.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate contemporaneous records and participate in audits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient-centred care across hospital and community settings.
• Support TB outpatient clinics, nurse-led screening and vaccination programmes.
• Provide ongoing case management and timely feedback to the MDT for coordinated care.
