Job summary

NICE, in collaboration with the British Infection Association and the British Thoracic Society, seeks Topic Advisers to contribute to the TB guidance development for adults and children. Qualifications

• Must be a consultant paediatrician or adult physician.
• Active professional registration and a license to practice.
• Experience in TB diagnosis and management in adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Attend committee meetings regularly (up to 6 per year) and contribute to panel deliberations.
• Raise concerns about process or details in the draft guidance and seek resolution with the committee.
• Contribute to development and quality assurance of the guidance, and ensure evidence is considered.
