Bond Turner currently seeks a Taxi Claims Fee Earner to join the Liverpool Personal Injury team, focusing on pre-litigation taxi vehicle claims, credit hire, and bodily injury matters outside the OIC/MOJ portals. You will manage a busy caseload, deliver practical legal advice, and work with insurers to secure fair settlements.

Ideal candidates bring solid PI experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive, client-centered approach in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling personal injury claims involving taxi vehicles, credit hire, and bodily injury cases.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and work with a team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; attention to detail and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Progress and manage a caseload of personal injury claims involving taxi vehicles, credit hire, and non-OIC/MOJ bodily injury cases.
• Provide accurate, timely legal advice throughout the lifecycle of each claim and keep clients informed.
• Review medical evidence, liability documentation, and credit hire invoices to determine strategy.
