Responsibilities

• Progress and manage a caseload of personal injury, credit hire, and taxi vehicle claims through the pre-litigation process.
• Provide accurate and practical legal advice and keep clients informed throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Review medical evidence, liability documentation, and credit hire invoices to formulate case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and third-party representatives to secure fair compensation.
• Maintain accurate records on the case management system adhering to internal procedures and KPIs.
