You will operate within a flexible, entrepreneurial environment, supported by full admin, compliance, and a collaborative partner network, with earning potential linked to billed work.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in taxation law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business development as a Partner.
• Manage and grow client relationships.
• Develop and follow your own client base within the Kingsley Wood platform.

The Role

We are seeking a taxation solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex taxation law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in taxation law

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
