Aviva is seeking a Tax Transformation Analyst in the UK, with hybrid work around York, Norwich or Bristol. You will shape tax automation, governance and data quality, partnering with Tax and Finance.

The role focuses on automation, reporting and process improvement to deliver scalable, well-controlled processes. You will work with multiple stakeholders to implement solutions, optimize data flows and drive continuous improvement across tax technology initiatives.

Formación

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data.
• Experience supporting automation, reporting, change or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication across stakeholders.
• Interest in developing coding, scripting or low-code skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for automation and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Support system implementations and governance of tax systems, processes and data.
• Collaborate with Tax and Finance teams to deliver scalable, well-governed ways of working.
• Balance multiple priorities with focus on quality and continuous improvement.
