ICAEW is seeking a Manager to drive technology-enabled transformation across tax and finance functions in a London-based role. You will lead initiatives at the intersection of tax, finance, process and technology, delivering scalable solutions that improve compliance, reporting, and decision-making.

Formación

• Experience in tax transformation or tax technology implementations.
• Experience in finance transformation or finance systems implementations.
• ERP implementation or optimisation experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Digital transformation within finance or back-office functions.
• Experience with RPA, workflow tools, or AI-enabled process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Managing workstreams within tax, finance or digital transformation engagements.
• Working with clients to understand current-state processes across tax and/or finance and identifying opportunities for improvement through automation, standardisation, and technology.
• Supporting the design and implementation of ERP configuration and optimisation.
• Supporting the design of tax determination and reporting engines.
• Contributing to tax automation tools, data analytics and reporting solutions.
• Assisting with operating model redesign and process transformation.
• Supporting regulatory-driven transformation (e-invoicing, digital reporting).
• Collaborating with technical specialists across tax, finance, and technology.
• Supporting proposals, thought leadership and internal innovation initiatives.
• Coaching and supervising junior team members.
• Staying up to date with developments in finance transformation and regulatory change.
