We’re hiring for a Tax Technology Assistant Manager to support global tax compliance and transformation initiatives. This hybrid London-based role is ideal for experienced tax professionals looking to grow their skills in technology-enabled delivery.

You'll be part of a collaborative team working with some of the world’s largest organisations to improve how they manage tax compliance and reporting. You’ll bring your tax expertise to the table and receive support in building new capabilities around technology and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use your tax expertise to guide the design of global compliance and transformation solutions.
• Support the implementation of digital tax processes across multinational operations.
• Work with business and technology teams to ensure tax requirements are met effectively.
• Help coordinate project timelines, risks, and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvement and continuous learning in a collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in corporate tax, indirect tax, or tax compliance.
• Background in a tax team, accountancy firm, or advisory role.
• Understanding of tax reporting obligations and regulatory frameworks.
• Interest in learning about technology, digital tools, and process improvement.
• Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across tax and tech teams.

Nice to Have (Not Essential):

• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) or tax engines (e.g. OneSource, Vertex).
• Involvement in system upgrades or process change initiatives.
• Awareness of data analytics in a tax context.
