Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/ACCA/ATT qualified with significant UK tax expertise.
• Strong mixed tax background within a professional practice.
• Experience advising owner-managed and entrepreneurial clients.
• Technically strong across both personal and corporate tax matters.
• Excellent client relationships and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and reviewing personal and corporate tax compliance work.
• Advising clients on a wide range of tax planning matters.
• Providing advice on EMI, EIS, employment-related securities, ATED and HMRC enquiries.
• Reviewing complex tax affairs for directors, shareholders and high-net-worth individuals.
• Acting as a senior technical resource for colleagues across the firm.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser.
• Supporting, mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team.
• Working alongside partners on advisory projects and strategic initiatives.
• Contributing to business development activities and identifying opportunities to expand client services.

This is anexcellent opportunity for an accomplished tax professional seeking a variedrole that combines both personal and corporate tax advisory work, alongsidecompliance oversight, client relationship management, and team development. Theposition offers exposure to a broad client base, ranging from privateindividuals and owner-managed businesses through to larger corporate groups.

The Role

As a Mixed TaxSenior Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax adviceand support across a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely withpartners and senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic guidance on arange of complex tax matters while helping to drive the continued growth andsuccess of the tax function.

This is ahighly visible position within the firm, offering significant clientinteraction and the opportunity to influence both client outcomes and internaltax strategy.

Requirements

• CTA qualified, or ACA, ACCA or ATT qualified withsignificant UK tax expertise
  
• Strong mixed tax background gained within aprofessional practice environment
  
• Proven experience advising owner-managed businessesand entrepreneurial clients
  
• Technically strong across both personal andcorporate tax matters
  
• Confident managing client relationships anddelivering advisory-led work
  
• Previous experience reviewing work, mentoring teammembers and supporting staff development
  
• Commercially aware with excellent communication andrelationship-building skills
  
• Salary circa £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualification status
  
• A senior leadership position within a respected andgrowing accountancy practice
