We are working alongside a very well-established accountancy firm in Plymouth who are seeking a Tax Senior to join their team.

As Tax Senior you will be responsible for working on client tax activities which include; tax planning, tax compliance and preparation of corporate and personal tax returns.

This role will have both advisory and compliance aspects. You will be expected to understand tax legislation, compliance with relevant laws that can have an impact on business.

Expected Responsibilities include:

• Exposure to a wide range of tax advisory projects with the support of colleagues
• Client contact and the opportunity to build client relationships
• Dealing with a wide range of tax queries with the support of the team and external advisors
• Corporation tax compliance and planning
• Tax Return preparation and reviews
• P11D and ERS preparation and reviews
• Income planning

To be considered for this position we are ideally seeking individuals who have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to develop technical knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Part or Fully Qualified Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT)
• Or Part or Fully Qualified Chartered Institute of Taxations (CTA
