Job summary

Pure Search recherche un professionnel fiscal d'entreprise talentueux pour rejoindre une entreprise technologique en pleine croissance dans un contrat de 6 mois. Vous serez responsable de la conformité fiscale, des projets de conseil et de la gestion des crédits d'impôt R&D, tout en collaborant avec des équipes financières et des conseillers externes. Ce poste est principalement à distance, nécessitant une présence limitée à Londres.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Préparation et finalisation des provisions fiscales de fin d'année.
• Gestion du processus de crédit d'impôt R&D au Royaume-Uni.
• Participation à des projets de transfert de prix et de restructurations.

Job description

Pure Search are seeking a talented corporate tax professional to join a fast-growing technology business on a 6-months contract (temporary to permanent). The ideal candidate will have hands-on corporate tax compliance, and advisory experience who is confident being a buisness partner to the wider finance team, and external advisors to ensure the tax function runs smoothly.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Preparation/completion of year-end tax provisions (working with external auditors / finance team)
• Preparation & submission of CT returns
• Management of UK R&D tax credit process
• Transfer pricing projects
• Capital allowance claims
• Adhoc advisory projects (restructures/reorganisations)
• Oversight of indirect tax for the group (compliance & ensuring customs obligations are met)
