Job summary

RSM in the UK is offering a 12-month paid placement in our Tax team for undergraduates on a sandwich degree. You’ll gain hands-on experience on real client challenges and build practical tax skills from day one.

You’ll work with colleagues across UK offices, supporting compliance and advisory work in corporate tax and VAT, with structured training, mentoring and opportunities to gain professional qualifications. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Under-graduates who are curious, motivated and ready to get involved.
• Predicted/obtained honours degree required.
• Sandwich degree or degree with placement year preferred.
• Right to live and work in the UK required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients on compliance and advisory.
• Building expertise across UK tax and international matters.
• Developing confidence, judgement and technical skills as a trusted adviser.
• Using digital tools to deliver value for clients.
