Job summary

RSM invites under-graduates to join Team Tax for a 12-month paid placement as part of a sandwich degree course. You will gain practical experience working with real clients on real challenges and build technical expertise in tax.

You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, collaborate from day one on both compliance and advisory work, and develop the confidence to become a trusted business adviser. Start date is 14 September 2027.

Qualifications

• UCAS points requirements (3 A levels or equivalent)
• Predicted or obtained honours degree
• Sandwich degree or degree with placement year
• Permanent right to live and work in the UK
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices
• RSM does not accept General Studies/EPQ

Responsibilities

• Work with clients directly from day one on compliance and advisory matters
• Build expertise across UK and international tax with a global team
• Develop confidence, judgement and technical skills to become a trusted adviser
• Use digital tools to add value for clients
