Job summary

Taxation in Manchester is seeking an experienced Tax Partner to lead the tax function, shape strategy, and drive growth for high-profile corporate and private clients. You will oversee a high-performing team, develop client relationships, and ensure compliance with legislation while delivering integrated tax solutions.

Collaborating across the wider business, you will identify opportunities, mentor staff, and guide strategic tax initiatives to reinforce the firm’s market position.

Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive experience in a senior tax leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate and/or private client tax.
• Demonstrable track record in winning and developing business.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

Your new role

As a Tax Partner, you will lead the tax function and play a key role in driving the strategic direction of the practice. You will take responsibility for delivering high-level advisory services while developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.
