Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead a diverse personal tax portfolio for high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, landlords and trusts. You will be the main client contact for compliance and advisory services, delivering strategic tax planning and building lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have CTA/ATT or equivalent, strong relationship skills, and a proactive, advisory mindset.

Qualifications

• CTA/ATT qualified or qualified by experience.
• Strong personal tax background in an accountancy practice.
• Experience managing your own client portfolio.
• Exposure to advisory-led work for individuals and owner-managed businesses.
• Confident dealing directly with clients and building long-term relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide practical, commercially focused tax advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients including high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, landlords and trusts.

Salary: GBP45000 - GBP70000 per annum + 23 days holiday + 8BH

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded independent accountancy practice with multiple offices across the North West. They provide accounting, tax, audit and advisory services to SMEs, owner-managed businesses and private clients, and have built a strong reputation for delivering a proactive, relationship-driven service.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join their established tax team.
