Roles And Responsibilities

• This is a newly created Corporate Tax Manager role due to the success of the Financial Services Tax team.
• The role focuses on leading our UK FS corporate tax compliance, including computations, returns, and supporting tax technical development.
• Undertake research and support cross-border tax compliance and tax audit engagements.
• Deliver high-quality work for clients and profitable outcomes through best practices, technology, and adherence to firm policies.
• Work closely with junior team members in London, delegating and reviewing work, and fostering their development.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Qualified at ACA, CA, CTA, or equivalent (including legal/international tax qualifications).
• Strong interest and experience in financial services and UK corporate tax computations.
• Awareness of broader tax, international tax, regulatory, and accounting areas.
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and handle engagement economics.
• Work from London office an average of 3 days a week to oversee tax compliance work and mentor juniors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
