A highly regarded and award winning US/UK boutique tax consultancy firm is looking for an experienced US Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their specialist team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the fastest growing US/UK tax boutique in London, working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and multinational groups, where you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services across the US tax landscape.

The Role

You’ll take a hands-on role in managing corporate tax engagements, reviewing complex US returns, providing strategic advice to clients, and supporting junior team members. This position offers a balance of technical depth and client-facing work in a supportive, ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare US corporate tax filings including Forms 1065, 1120, 1120-S, 5471, and 8865
• Advise on cross-border tax matters including CFC and PFIC regulations
• Manage and develop client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
• Mentor junior staff and support training initiatives
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement

About You

• Either a sideways move for an established Assistant Manager looking for a new challenge or an ambitious senior ready to take that next professional step
• CPA or EA qualification
• 4+ years of experience in US corporate tax compliance and advisory
• Strong technical knowledge of US tax law and international provisions
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting
