Job summary

BDO UK invites ambitious graduates to join its Tax Graduate Programme. Over three years you will gain hands-on client experience while studying towards ACA/CTA, ATT/CTA (tax pathway) qualifications, working with experienced professionals and mentors.

Across Gatwick, Guildford, Reading or Southampton hubs, the programme starts with a thorough induction, increasing responsibility and a clear pathway to a permanent role on successful completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline.
• Three A-levels (A*-C) or equivalent.
• GCSEs Maths and English grade 4+.
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not provided).
• Commitment to balance study and professional work.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in tax while studying towards ACA/CTA.
• Work with clients and senior colleagues to develop technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Develop confidence and professional skills through progressively responsible client work over the three-year programme.
