Job description

This is a rare opportunity for a mid-level tax associate to join the London office of this US headquartered law firm. Ideal candidates will be 2-4 pqe (although candidates outside of this range with relevant experience will also be considered), UK qualified and have experience from another top UK or US law firm.

The team advise on direct and indirect tax aspects of fund/investment management matters, corporate tax (including the tax aspects of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions), finance tax and the tax aspects of employee and partner remuneration and incentives.

The tax team works closely with the corporate and funds teams and the London office has a great reputation for promoting a supportive and collegiate working environment, offering a genuine alternative to the more intense environments of some of the other elite US law firms.
