Cooper Parry seeks a Part Qualified Tax Associate to join our expanding Business Tax team in London or Thames Valley. You’ll work on a diverse portfolio and gain hands-on corporate tax experience in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

You’ll collaborate with managers and partners, develop tax strategies, and build trusted client relationships while staying abreast of regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Part qualified in a relevant qualification (e.g., ATT, ACA)
• 1–2 years’ experience in a tax or accounting role, ideally within an accountancy practice
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in tax
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks

Responsabilités

• Looking after a portfolio of clients ranging from big businesses, PE backed and OMBs
• Assisting in the preparation of corporate tax computations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
• We encourage opportunity spotting and building trusted relationships with our clients
• Supporting with tax disclosures for statutory accounts
• Collaborating with senior team members to develop and implement tax strategies
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service
• Staying informed about changes in tax regulations and industry best practices
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of tax-related projects
