Job summary

Cooper Parry is seeking a Senior Private Client Tax Manager to lead essential tax work for high-profile clients, building trusted relationships inside the firm and with external stakeholders. You’ll drive delivery of advisory and compliance services while mentoring juniors in a collaborative, supportive culture.

You’ll combine technical excellence with a commercial mindset, pursuing business development opportunities and contributing to the growth of the Private Client team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Private Client/Personal Tax role, skilled at building and developing professional relationships, with experience of running a team.
• An awesome advisor, who has clients' backs to do the right thing.
• A great communicator, excelling at building solid, trusting relationships, both internally and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Private Client Tax engagements and teams to deliver high-quality advice and compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, expanding the client base through proactive business development.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues to support career growth and technical excellence.
