LAW Absolute is seeking a Tax Associate in London with 2–5 years’ PQE to join its highly regarded tax practice. You will advise on UK and international tax matters across corporate and finance transactions, fund structuring, cross-border arrangements and employee benefits.

The role offers exposure to significant transactions and disputes, with a focus on delivering practical, commercially minded tax solutions for clients while working closely with colleagues across the firm.

Formación

• Qualified in England & Wales.
• 2–5 years’ PQE within a leading tax practice.
• Experience supporting corporate and commercial clients with tax matters across domestic and international jurisdictions.
• Clear, practical advice and strong communication skills are essential.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.

Responsabilidades

• Work on corporate and finance transactions and fund structuring.
• Assist with cross-border tax arrangements and employee benefits.
• Support tax audits, investigations and disputes.
• Structure transactions and business operations to manage tax exposure and minimise risk.
