Job Opportunity: Personal Tax Assistant Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Tax Assistant Manager with 9 years of experience to join a well-established accountancy firm. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

As a Personal Tax Assistant Manager, you will support the delivery of personal tax services, manage your own client portfolio, and contribute to the development of junior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients.
• Supervise and develop junior team members.
• Ensure departmental admin and compliance tasks are completed on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams and liaise directly with clients and partners.
• Support business development efforts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure accurate documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Tax Assistant Manager, Assistant Tax Manager, Personal Tax Senior, Tax Senior, Tax Accountant, or similar role.
• At least 10 years of tax experience or ATT / CTA qualification with 7 years of tax experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of personal tax legislation and practice.
• Proficiency in relevant tax software and general IT systems.
