Job summary

RSM in the United Kingdom is offering a Tax apprenticeship programme for school/college leavers. You will train in VAT, employer solutions, corporate tax and other areas, with structured study and client exposure from day one.

You will study for ATT in the first two years, then ACA or CTA depending on area, with paid study leave and mentoring. The programme is designed to build your technical knowledge and commercial confidence.

Qualifications

• No prior tax knowledge required; training provided.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Starting date 14 September 2027 is mandatory.
• Travel to client sites and other offices as required.
• RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or EPQ.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients and colleagues on compliance and advisory.
• Building expertise across UK and international tax with a global team.
• Developing confidence, judgement and technical skills to become a trusted adviser.
• Using digital tools to work smarter and add value for clients.
