Job summary

RSM UK Group LLP in Guildford is offering a Team Tax apprenticeship for school leavers. You'll learn through client work, structured training including paid study leave, time at college, mentoring and internal development programmes.

Join the Tax School/College Leaver path to gain technical expertise in UK and international tax, work directly with clients, and progress toward ACA or CTA. Travel to client sites and other offices as required; strong collaboration and a fast-start mindset are

Qualifications

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification)
• 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level)
• Permanent right to live and work in the UK
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required
• Study towards the ATT qualification for the first two years and then towards ACA or CTA (depending on which area of tax you join)

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients and colleagues on both compliance and advisory
• Building expertise across UK and international tax, supported by a globally connected team
• Developing the confidence, judgement and technical skills to become a trusted business adviser
