Pro‑Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join the Shrewsbury Tax Advisory team. Hybrid working and a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 are on offer.

You will deliver high-quality advisory services to a diverse client portfolio, build lasting relationships, and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to growth. CTA qualification and strong practice experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality tax advisory services across a varied client portfolio
• Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Lead on tax planning projects and provide proactive advice around legislative changes
• Work closely with Accounts and Audit teams to deliver integrated client solutions
• Support, mentor and develop junior team members
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Tax Advisory function
