Job summary

Tara Professional Recruitment Ltd is seeking passionate Teaching Assistants for flexible supply roles in primary and secondary schools across Shropshire. Join a dedicated education staffing agency and gain access to a variety of rewarding opportunities supporting pupils.

You will work with teachers, support learning across key stages, and enjoy a supportive consultant, competitive daily rates, and both short- and long-term placements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred).
• A caring, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
