Job Description:

Hybrid, flexible working

I am partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are expanding their in-house transformation office.

They are seeking a TOM Design SME to join their 'Ways of Working' workstream to review the business structures during a significant transformation. This team also focuses on how the business interacts with their owner and customers.

This internal-facing team will initially comprise 10-15 members, including multiple operational model specialists.

The role's primary focus will be on the new changes for the first 6 months, with additional responsibilities in broader business change thereafter. This role is crucial beyond the initial conception of the team.

Requirements:

• Consulting or change management experience
• At least 3 years of experience
• Deep knowledge of TOM design and broader business change
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders

Bonus:

• Experience in a SaaS B2B software company, especially in an internal improvement role

Logistics:

• At least 3 days working from home per week
• A few days a month in Windsor
• A few days a month in Nottingham
